A low-pressure hour with parents and caregivers who understand. Come with a question, a hard week, or simply a need to hear another parent say, “Us too.”
Any diagnosis or none yet. This is a free, low-pressure online hour, and there is nothing to prepare before you join.
Parents and caregivers of children of any age are welcome, from the earliest years through adulthood.
Talking and cameras are optional during this free online hour. Listening quietly is always enough.
The host does not record the Thursday 7:00–8:00 PM online meeting, so what is said that night is not saved.
Some weeks you may want to talk. Other weeks you may want to listen while you fold laundry or care for your child. A parent facilitator opens the room, and the conversation follows what families need that night — questions, practical ideas, hard moments, or simply being around people who understand.
This is peer support, not therapy. There is no presentation, and nothing is recorded.
Free.
