Once a month, near the start of the month. Support-group reminders are separate and only go to people who register for the group.
Does it cost anything?
No. The newsletter is free.

Yes. Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.
Can I just email you instead?
Yes. Write hello@ourspecialvillagetn.com and ask to be added to the newsletter — a parent volunteer reads every message.
